Petha is a project to pilot libraries of things in Gwynedd. We’re developing Petha Libraries in three public libraries; in Bethesda, Blaenau Ffestiniog and Penygroes.
Libraries of Things are similar to a traditional library, but instead of borrowing books, you can borrow things! We have a wide range of items available to borrow at Petha, ranging from tools to gardening equipment, toys to camping, crafting or cooking equipment, cleaning machines, event equipment and even school uniforms! By borrowing rather than buying, we can save money, save space in our homes, and reduce our impact on the planet!
To learn more about Petha, take a look at our FAQ’s. Or why not browse the catalogue to see what's available in your area. And finally - membership is free, so why not go for it! Come and be part of Petha's journey, and our mission to encourage a lending revolution in Gwynedd.
